Vancouver, BC | Belgard Kitchen is pleased to announce an exclusive culinary collaboration with Modern Perogie, taking place on Wednesday, July 23rd at its historic location in Railtown. This special event will showcase a creative, contemporary spin on the beloved perogie — reimagined with Belgard’s signature approach to seasonal, elevated cuisine.
Guests can look forward to a multi-course dining experience highlighting Modern Perogie’s cult favourites, reinterpreted in partnership with the Belgard culinary team. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a beverage surprise — from local wines and craft beers to curated cocktails — designed to complement the flavours and keep the evening dynamic and engaging.
With extremely limited seating available, this one-night-only event is expected to sell out quickly. Arrival begins at 6:30pm, with dinner at 7pm. Tickets are $99 per person, including all food and beverage pairings, and can be purchased through the Belgard Kitchen website here.
