Vancouver, BC | Sleigh bells ring! Beaucoup Bakery is getting festive for the holiday season with the launch of its new Winter Wonderland Collection, featuring a delightful array of limited-edition pastries, chocolates, cakes, and yule logs. Now available for pre-orders (with select items in-store), guests can indulge in the whimsical creations by pastry chef and co-owner Betty Hung and bring a touch of cheer to friends and family.

“We love creating fun and new treats for the holiday season,” says Betty Hung, who co-owns Beaucoup Bakery with her brother, Jacky Hung. “Our Winter Wonderland Collection is all about embracing that feeling of joy in the air. For example, we hope our Christmas tree shaped croissant, Noël, will bring an extra smile to people’s faces. Or, with our Santa Cookies, a bit of delight while trying unique flavour combinations.”

Beaucoup Bakery’s Winter Wonderland Collection is available for pre-orders for pick-up from both the Fir Street and Dunsmuir locations. Select items will also be available in store. The collection features:

Bûche de Noël ($38 for 4-6 servings; $70 for 10-12 servings)
Featuring two flavours – Cassis Earl Grey with chocolate crunch, earl grey cremeux, cassis mousse, confit, dark chocolate mousse, and Grand Marnier ganache; and Mango Passion with vanilla madeleine cake, passion fruit mango cremeux. passion fruit mousse, and coconut mousse.

Santa Cookies (6 piece for $16; 12 piece for $32)
Featuring three flavours – hazelnut speculoos man, tangerine strawberry spritz, matcha chocolate crinkle cookies

Merry Macarons ($18 for 6 pieces)
Featuring two flavours – pumpkin spice ganache, maple pecan praline buttercream

Winterberry Matcha Basque ($7.95 per slice; $65 for 10-12 servings)
A creamy matcha Basque cheesecake with speculoos cookie base, and raspberry coulis

Featuring three flavours – Yuzu Wasabi featuring Yuzu Inspiration Chocolate with wasabi, finished with candied ginger and passion fruit crisps; Dark Chocolate & Berry handcrafted with Tainori chocolate with dried strawberry, cranberries and blueberries; and Milk Chocolate & Toasted n Nuts, made with Jivara chocolate with toasted pecans, hazelnuts, almonds and dark chocolate crisps.

Rudolph’s Bonbons ($13 for 6; $24 for 12)
Featuring two flavours – Vietnamese Coffee Caramel Ganache and Milk Tea White Chocolate Ganache

“We’re excited for our guests to bring home some of our Winter Wonderland Collection this year,” adds Betty. “In addition, as with Beaucoup Bakery tradition, our classic viennoiseries will be available for pre-orders for pick-up on Christmas Eve for brunch and more.”

Beaucoup Bakery’s full beverage menu is available during the holiday season, including its popular hot chocolate creations, like the Parisian Hot Chocolate Set at its Dunsmuir location.
