Beaucoup Bakery’s May Menu Honours Culture and Connection

Beaucoup Bakery’s May Menu Honours Culture and Connection

The Goods from Beaucoup Bakery

Vancouver, BC | This May, Beaucoup Bakery is honouring culture and connection with a month-long celebration of two limited-edition collections for Asian Heritage Month and Mother’s Day. From nostalgic flavours inspired by childhood memories in Hong Kong to an afternoon-tea inspired line-up of treats for all moms, there are several ways for guests to savour the season. Both collections will be available at its Fir Street and Dunsmuir locations. Pre-orders are available now online.

“May is a time for appreciation, of our heritage growing up and of all the mother figures in our lives who nurture us,” pastry chef Betty Hung, who co-owns Beaucoup Bakery with her brother Jacky Hung. “The flavours of Hong Kong brings back beautiful memories, when we would spend many days at local cafes cha chaan tengs all over the city – all with a French flair. For Mother’s Day, our mom and grandma always enjoyed Afternoon Tea, and we wanted to give guests a way to curate one themselves with a variety of options.”
