Cauliflower Burger From The Local Omnivore At 33 Acres

image4

The Local Omnivore food truck was parked in front of 33 Acres in Mt. Pleasant yesterday. We tucked into it as much as we could handle. This included an especially delicious fried cauliflower burger, with its spice-licked florets, fresh tomato, lettuce and special sauce all impossibly maintaining marginal cohesion inside a perfectly toasted bun. It was refreshingly paired with a glass of 33 Acres of Life, a clean-tasting hybrid lager/ale.
