Add to the growing pile of achievements this: a marijuana-friendly campground called Smoke On The Water. The property used to be the old, run-down Lake Semac Resort outside Selma, Oregon. It was recently purchased by Wayne Zallen, the CEO of Grow Condos, a company that puts weed bakers, growers and such together with real estate developers. Though currently open (launched on 4/20, natch), Smoke On The Water is still a work in progress. When it’s all finished, the getaway will offer SUP and kayak rentals, good fishing, a new general store, tipis, cottages, tent and RV camping, and…you guessed it…its very own marijuana dispensary.
