About Flourist

Flourist works exclusively with Canadian family farms to source premium local grains and beans. Then the grains are stone milled in-house, to order.

The Flourist Bakery is a full-service bakery including sourdough bread, sweet treats, and specialty coffee. In addition to freshly milled flour (found in the refrigerator) and their premium dry goods, Flourist serves an all-day menu of sweet treats, pastries, daily flatbreads and grain salads. All items served at Flourist are vegetarian, with delicious vegan options.

All of the bread and baked goods crafted at Flourist are made using 100% freshly milled flour, milled on-site.. They don’t use any white flour or commercial yeast in their baking.
