The cheese man himself, Joe Chaput and Au Petit Chavignol general manager Annette Rawlinson gave me the tour, and designer John Shields gave me a cool virtual walk about on his laptop. The Les Amis side is huge, and should make for a fine retail store when it’s all done, but I was especially excited by the wine bar. It’s going to look great. They hope to open both at some point in February.

  1. I’m very excited for this place as it’s WAY closer to me than Les AMis is now, course that doesn’t stop me from shopping there 🙂

  2. Love the vid Andrew! I too am VERY excited about this place – it’s just what Vancouver needs, and Annette Rawlinson (three cheers!!) is just the person to lead the way.
Thanks for keeping us all in the loop,
