It’s probably a good thing that Juke Fried Chicken only plates its Andouille sausage breakfast sandwiches on New Year’s Eve/Day. The tall, beautiful thing is just one of several special offerings during the Chinatown restaurant’s annual Cluck Your Resolutions festivities. It comes piled with a thick, hugely flavourful sausage patty, a dense square of fondant-like potatoes, unnoticeable shredded cheese, a crunchy slaw, a perfectly seasoned fried egg and special sauce on a pillowy, untoasted bun.
