Bar Manager Chad Rivard has also created something special for the weekend: a ‘Kiss from a Rose’ cocktail ($14) with Wild Rose Infused Vodka, Creme de Cassis, Lambrusco Rosso (sparkling red wine) and Miss Better’s Chocolate Bitters.
