This unique dining experience will showcase farm fresh produce grown at Athiana Acres alongside other locally sourced ingredients.
For the first time, Anh and Chi will bring its vibrant, award-winning Michelin Bib Gourmand dining experience beyond their Main Street location for this farm-to-table event. Serving authentic Vietnamese fare in an elegant and fun way, the evening will include a welcome beverage and canapés, followed by a 5-course tasting menu with a beverage pairing for each course, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairing available.
Guests can choose between a plant-based or seafood option, each highlighting the seasonal farm-fresh produce from Athiana Acres. The tablescape will be beautifully adorned with fresh flowers, set just steps away from the fields where they were grown.
