Have a Cool Summer with New Treats from Beaucoup Bakery

The Goods from Beaucoup Bakery & Cafe

Vancouver, BC | Beaucoup Bakery, Vancouver’s destination for Parisian-style pastries, is giving guests several ways to cool down this month with the launch of a brand new summer menu, featuring a Mango Collection and a limited-edition collaboration with Broadway Across Canada and Disney’s Frozen, the hit musical.

“We love creating new treats during the summer, especially because there is an abundance of fresh fruit,” says Betty Hung, who co-owns Beaucoup Bakery with her brother Jacky Hung. “This year, we wanted to highlight the sweet mango and all the berries – from blackberries to raspberries.”

From July 5, 2024, guests can pick up Beaucoup Bakery’s special Mango Collection, featuring: a Mango Passion Danish ($7.25), made with croissant pastry, passion fruit mango curd, and fresh mangoes; and an iced Mango Jasmine Creamsicle drink ($6.50) with mango juice, and jasmine white chocolate.

For those looking for the perfect picnic treat, the new Pepperoni Scroll ($7.25) is just the thing – pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, and hot honey on top of flakey croissant-style pastry.

Then, from July 9 to 21, 2024, Broadway Across Canada brings Tony-nominated musical, Disney’s Frozen, to Vancouver for the first time, and Beaucoup Bakery has created several limited-edition themed items to celebrate its arrival. These include:

  • A delicious dessert, the Blackberry Cassis Macaron Frais ($8.95), made with vanilla buttercream, cassis confit, and fresh blackberries;
    a thirst quenching chilled Blue Curaçao Calamansi ($6.50), featuring blue Curaçao syrup, and calamansi juice;
    and beautiful 10-piece box of custom Blue Raspberry Madeleines ($12.50) – mini lemon madeleines coated in blue raspberry white couverture.

“We’re excited to collaborate with Broadway Across Canada and develop some special treats for the iconic Frozen,” adds Betty. “We took inspiration from the blue hues of the musical, as well as Elsa’s shimmery dress. We look forward to watching the show while it’s here in Vancouver!”
Beaucoup Bakery’s summer line-up will be available at both its Fir Street and Dumsmuir Street locations. Pre-orders will also be available online.
