Abbotsford, BC | Introducing the Strawberry Tart Saison, Edition #03 in our Farmland Series! This is the third beer to feature Field House Farms’ barley, which is grown and harvested on under-utilized farmland here in the Fraser Valley.

Made in partnership with Buy BC and BC Strawberry Growers Association, this Farmhouse Ale is lightly soured with our house culture before being fermented with a Farmhouse Ale yeast. The acidity of the beer helps add to the overall fruit character as the beer is then aged on loads of BC grown strawberries, lending both colour and full flavour of the local red fruit.
