Located at 762 Cambie Street in downtown Vancouver, Fanny Bay Oyster Bar and Shellfish Market is the city’s only tide-to-table seafood restaurant, with oysters arriving fresh from its own shellfish farms on Vancouver Island. This intimate, hands-on experience is hosted in the restaurant’s private Kelp Room and limited to just 14 guests per class.
