J-school grad and about-8-year restaurant industry vet, originally from Toronto, Madeline has held pretty much every FOH role there is from hostess at a Texas-themed chain restaurant where she went by the name 'California' and a bartender at a downtown Toronto sports bar during the Raptors championship, to early morning barista at JJ Bean and most recently manager of beloved Wild Thing Snackbar. An almost-somm obsessed with natural wine and deep appreciation for a good cappuccino, she’s now looking to combine her admiration for the industry and those who make it run with her love for writing and editorial work.
