The Goods from Beaucoup Bakery
Vancouver, BC | Beaucoup Bakery welcomes the arrival of spring with a new seasonal menu featuring new cakes alongside a limited-time collection created in celebration of Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival. Available now, the line-up highlights bright fruit flavours, creamy textures and a variety of sweet and savoury pastries.
“The start of spring is always exciting as we are able to incorporate even more fresh flavours and ingredients into our pastries,” says Betty Hung, who co-owns Beaucoup Bakery with her brother Jacky Hung. “For our seasonal cakes, we wanted to balance chocolate and peanut butter with fruit and citrus notes. For cherry blossom season, which is personally one of my favourites, we’re highlighting savoury bites that are perfect to enjoy under the sakura trees.”
