Vancouver, BC | As cherry blossoms begin to paint the city in soft pink hues, Beaucoup Bakery invites guests to celebrate the spring season with its new Sakura Collection, featuring treats infused with Japanese-inspired flavours. Available from March 14 to April 27, 2025 at both Beaucoup Bakery locations, guests can pre-order now online.

“We always look forward to spring and creating new pastries and chocolates for cherry blossom season,” says Betty Hung, co-owner and pastry chef of Beaucoup Bakery. “This year, our focus is on expanding our specialty croissant line with a variety of new Japanese-inspired flavours, as well as making melon pans for the first time. We can’t wait for our guests to give them a try!”

Beaucoup Bakery’s Sakura Collection features:

Sakura Strawberry ($10.95) with hojicha sponge, ganache , strawberry and cherry blossom compote, cherry blossom ivoire mousse and jelly.
Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant ($6.95) with butter mochi and purple sweet potato almond frangipane on Beaucoup Bakery’s classic butter croissant pastry.
Sakura Chocolate Bar ($13) with Valrhona Ivoire chocolate, cherry blossom, and crispy feuilletine.
Matcha Sesame Melon Pan ($5.50), featuring a milk bun, matcha cookie topping, and black sesame pastry cream.
Dango Croissant ($9.95) with a three-colour dango and red bean pastry cream on Beaucoup Bakery’s classic butter croissant.
Ichigo Shortcake Croissant ($6.95) with strawberry ganache, vanilla pastry cream and fresh strawberries on Beaucoup Bakery’s classic butter croissant.
Sakura Melon Pan ($5.50), featuring a milk bun, cherry blossom-scented cookie, and pastry cream.

“Our team drew inspiration from hanami, the Japanese tradition of flower viewing, and that spirit is infused into this collection,” adds Hung.
