Earnest Ice Cream Set To Launch New North Vancouver Location In July

by Andrew Morrison | The good folks at Earnest Ice Cream have bought the 1,270 sqft space at 127 West 1st Street in North Vancouver and are hoping to open a new 16 location there at some point this July. The new spot will offer ice cream by the scoop and pint, as well as cold brew, kombucha and ginger beer on tap. Owners Ben & Erica whispered this good news to me a while ago when discussing their upcoming East Van commissary. They bought the place in December and now have the keys, says Ben. “We’re just waiting for our building permit to go through the city of North Vancouver.
