But I still like a good coffee, even if its cold, and with cold brew available in quality coffee joints across the city, it’s easier now more than ever to slake my thirst.

A recent visit to Timbertrain in Gastown marked the first time I’d ever tried it via tapped nitrous oxide delivery…

…and wow. It was the best thing the coffee game had given me in a very long time — like having a pint of the black (Guinness) without the alcohol and with a little more roasted malt sweetness. My glass was begging to be spiked with some kind of whiskey, and my head’s wheels turned hard for cocktail applications. Stay tuned…
