Vancouver, BC |  The Corner Suite Bistro De Luxe is now open for breakfast, weekday lunch and weekend brunch. Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am, coffee fiends can get their fix from premier baristas Nicholas Jones and Emilie Nagahama (formerly of the Wicked Café) as they showcase the state-of-the art Venus Century Espresso Machine – the “piece de resistance” of The Corner Suite. Nicholas and Emile will be offering up premium espresso and drip coffee, organic teas from The Tea Guy and croissants and pain du chocolat baked fresh daily at 7 and 9 am. Guests can grab a coffee to-go, or relax and have a De Luxe Parisian-style morning in one of The Corner Suite’s famous blue Louis chairs, reading their favourite newspaper or enjoying free Wi-Fi.

When lunchtime arrives, Executive Chef Jason Liezert, is keeping it simple and serving up a daily soup and sandwich offering for a mere $10 – available for dine-in or take-out. Or, for a more “leisurely” lunch, there’s also a sandwich and beer combo (with R&B Bohemian Lager) – once again, a steal at $10. A selection or pâtés and terrines are also available.

On the weekends, brunch is back! The Corner Suite’s new brunch menu includes a perfect eggs benedict (traditional or crab); bacon & eggs as you like; pancakes; and a decadent tenderloin hash. After a long workweek, guests can relax with a Grand Mimosa or Corner Suite Caesar (garnished with a bacon-wrapped quail egg) and enjoy watching the action in the heart of downtown.

Whether it’s lunch or brunch, The Corner Suite is always offering up its legendary selection of over 40 cheeses and the broadest range of spirits and sodas in the city. Their signature “Genuine Article” offers 30 pages of classic and original cocktails.

The Corner Suite opens at 7 am on weekdays, and 10 am on weekends. Weekday lunch is available from 10 am through until 5 pm, and weekend and holiday brunch is available from 10 am to 2 pm. Dinner is served seven days a week until late.

The dining room is adorned with hand-assembled chandeliers and custom made Louis chairs dipped in the corner suite blue rubber finish with hooks under every table for purses.
