With unwavering, steadfast service and panoramic views, the restaurant welcomes Chef Nicholas Lim’s maiden lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus for the winter, along with two very special options for New Year’s Eve.

Elegant, bright and full of flavour, the new Fraîche lunch menu is perfect for a quick lunch-break bite or a relaxing mid-day meal. Begin with the Ahi Tuna Cobb Salad and then dive in to a Kettle Ridge Beef Burger or amazing Braised Beef Shortrib. Or try Thai Green Curry in a mild coconut sauce, Chestnut Chicken in ginger soya reduction, and Seared Scallops with lemon dill mascarpone risotto.

Chef Nik’s style shines with the new dinner menu as well. Starters include Baked Garlic Prawns and Pan Seared Foie Gras, along with classics like Oysters, Champagne and Caviar that really sparkle alongside the view. Entrées include Cornish Hen Coq Au Van, Roasted Duck Breast and Seared Ahi Tuna. For the comfort-food enthusiast, Chef Nik has prepared a creamy and delicious Mushroom Pot Pie and an outstanding Kettle Ridge Beef Tenderloin with rosemary cheddar pave potato, horseradish and roasted tomato jus. Can’t decide? Chef Nik has created a five course Chef’s Tasting Menu complete with wine pairings.

Weekends are just better with brunch. With options from daily inspired Seafood Chowder to Smoked Cheddar and Tomato Grilled Cheese, the brunch menu has a little something for everyone. Main dishes include a decadent Duck Confit Benedict served with potato roesti and truffle hollandaise, as well as the indulgent Stuffed French Toast served with citrus vanilla mascarpone and maple bacon pecan caramel.

On December 31, guests are invited to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style with their choice of two seatings: a three-course early seating for$79 per person, and a four-course late seating for $99 per person (both prices are plus tax and gratuity).
