Vancouver, BC | On December 7th at 7:00 p.m., chef Thierry Busset will welcome chef Michel Roux chez Thierry to celebrate the launch of chef Roux’s most recent cookbook, ‘Desserts’. Although Michel Roux is best known for his exquisite Thames-side restaurant, The Waterside Inn, which recently celebrated 25 years of Michelin three-star status, his other true passion is dessert. Of course, the sweet courses are also the raison d’être for chef Busset, who worked alongside Roux at London’s iconic Le Gavroche. The fête will feature creations inspired by ‘Desserts’ and chef Busset’s own confections, along with bubbly and a signed copy of the book. Details after the jump…
