Vancouver, BC | The 5.8% light amber Pale Ale is a Belgian draft interpretation of an english pale ale. Also known as “speciales belges”, it is one of the few styles of beer in Belgium typically served as draft only. The character has an emphasis on the fruit and spice aroma with less bitterness.

Hints of light caramel, pear and apple with a subdued hop character make this a great pairing with roasted lamb, chicken and pork. It is especially nice with grilled seafoods or creamy cheeses such as brie and camembert.

Released during Vancouver craft beer week, this limited release is currently available at the Alibi Room, St Augustine’s, Calabash, Boneta and Mis Trucos.
