In partnership with our great friends at Red Truck Brewing, Abigail’s Party presents Mother’s Day for beer lovers! Enjoy a delicious three-course beer paired brunch featuring the following:

Red Truck Lager, 4.7% ABV. Pale gold in colour, made with Canadian Prairie tow-row malted barley and German & Czech hops. Served with freshly baked buttermilk biscuit, rosemary, applewood smoked cheddar, Abigail’s bacon jam.

Red Truck Belgian Pale Ale, 5.8% ABV. Deep gold to light amber hued ale; a fruity & spicy character, subdued hop bitterness and a refreshing finish. Served with Abigail’s classic benedict, house-cured peameal back bacon, organic free-range egg, orange zest hollandaise.

Red Truck Cask Apple Pie, 5.0% ABV. Fresh local apple puree, apple corn schnapps, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, brown sugar and vanilla… because that’s the way Brewmaster Dave Varga’s mom makes it! Cinnamon-bun french toast, bourbon maple glaze, vanilla mascarpone.

Red Truck Beer has partnered with Au Petit Chavignol to offer an incredible dining experience on Tuesday May 10th not to be missed. The popular restaurant has prepared a five-course dinner including a cheese tasting with Allison Spurrell, all paired with Red Truck Beers, including 3 limited release products.

Brewery Creek Beer Festival. Showcasing the best beer British Columbia has to offer. Over 20 local breweries will be in attendance for the first ever Brewery Creek Beer Festival, and second annual BC Beer Awards. Food vendors Beer Brats and Re Up BBQ will be in attendance.
