Vancouver BC | To celebrate its one-year anniversary, the team at Miku Restaurant has created an exclusive Omakase menu, available from November 16th to 22nd.

Seigo Nakamura, Miku’s Owner and Executive Chef will be joining the kitchen team to serve three special menus for one week only, showcasing their signature aburi sushi and Omakase style. Omakase translates as “Chef’s choice” and is a truly authentic Japanese dining experience.  Working with a guest’s personal preferences, the team will tailor an impressive, multi-course menu for a memorable evening.

It has been an exciting year for Miku: winning Bronze in the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards for best formal Japanese; partnering with Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise Program; and establishing itself firmly on the Vancouver food scene through its innovative cuisine, cutting-edge culinary techniques and superlative service.
