Local bounty gets the spotlight all year long at Fuel Restaurant with the 12 Month’s of BC, which highlights a special ingredient each month. “Each month Fuel will showcase dishes or a special dinner to celebrate all the best ingredients we can source from our amazing province” says Chef Belcham. From Chilliwack Corn, Dungeness Crab, Quince, Suckling Pig, Hand Raised Lamb, Spot Prawns to Raspberries, savour the best of BC – all year long.
