By doing all his butchery in house from whole animals, Robert and his kitchen team offer incredible whole-roast items and a wide selection of house made charcuterie.
Sommelier Tom Doughty has assembled a collection of special vintages and esteemed producers in the Fuel wine list that have been chosen specifically with the food menu in mind. These unique offerings set Fuel apart and create a truly unparalleled dining experience.
Local bounty gets the spotlight all year long at Fuel Restaurant with the 12 Month’s of BC, which highlights a special ingredient each month. “Each month Fuel will showcase dishes or a special dinner to celebrate all the best ingredients we can source from our amazing province” says Chef Belcham. From Chilliwack Corn, Dungeness Crab, Quince, Suckling Pig, Hand Raised Lamb, Spot Prawns to Raspberries, savour the best of BC – all year long.
