This isn’t just dinner — it’s a pairing battle for the ages. With Rust Wine and Four Winds Brewing going pour-for-pour, each of the evening’s four courses will be paired with both a carefully selected wine and a complementary beer. Your mission? Decide which pairing reigns supreme.

“Our guests are always curious about what makes a great pairing — this dinner turns that curiosity into a fun and interactive showdown,” says Beverage Director Alexa Greenman. “It’s about great food, great drinks, and a little friendly rivalry.”
