Take a Sneak Peek Inside Pallet Coffee’s Beautiful New Roastery in Railtown

The crew at Pallet Coffee Roasters are nearly finished their new roastery in Railtown’s old Settlement Building. We took a look inside this morning and are now counting down the days until launch.

Several months ago Scout posted about Pallet setting up shop in the 7,000 sqft space at 395 Alexander Street, which is part of the Settlement Building (home to Belgard Kitchen, Postmark Brewing, Vancouver Urban Winery). “The move is an expansion of their coffee roasting reach, moving from a 15 kilo roaster to a 45 kilo Probat.” we reported. They now expect to be officially open to the public on Monday, November 4th.

It looks beautiful in there with plenty of natural light refracting in on a picturesque diagonal. Though first and foremost a roasting operation, there are several seats of varying styles plus a staffed retail point of sale, so all will be welcome to slip in for a sip and a big ‘ol whiff. Take a closer look inside…
