Chef Nathan Middleton of Toronto’s Home Of The Brave is on deck to cook the next Greasy Spoon dinner at Save On Meats on February 20th. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, the Greasy Spoon Supper Series invites BC’s best chefs to plate four courses of old school diner fare in their own way in support of A Better Life Foundation. Past participating chefs have included the talented likes of Joel Watanabe (Bao Bei, Kissa Tanto), Angus An (Maenam, Fat Mao, Longtail Kitchen), and Scott Jaeger (The Pear Tree). It’s always a good time and the visiting chefs really love taking a swing at the ‘diner’ concept. Score tickets here and behold the delicious details below…
