Bummer. The Pink Pearl Chinese restaurant on East Hastings was struck by a nasty two alarm fire in the wee hours last night. Acoording to news reports, an electrical problem is assumed to be the cause. Unfortunately, after eight fire trucks appeared to have bested the blaze, it flared up again, right in the middle of morning rush hour. Here’s hoping the rain helps…
