Drinks, Music, Meteors, Oh My! Museum of Anthropology to host Licensed Stargazing Night

Summer nights are short but on Saturday, August 12th the Perseid meteors are out and so too will be a community of storytellers, astronomers, musicians, artists and Indigenous youth, all gathering at the Museum of Anthropology for their first Blackout: Night Sky Festival. Family-friendly activities include a BBQ (with a licensed bar), star lantern workshop, telescopes to peer through and an experimental art installation of invented constellations. Additionally, the museum is keeping its doors open until midnight, so you can explore all of its exhibits between stargazing.
