Whistler, BC | Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is delighted to announce the return of its celebrated Long Table Dinner Series, now entering its third consecutive year. Taking place in the heart of Whistler Village, these exclusive outdoor culinary experiences offer guests the opportunity to dine al fresco amid the stunning mountain scenery. The 2025 Long Table Dinner Series will be held on Sunday, July 20 and Sunday, August 10 beginning at 4:00 pm at The Range at Whistler Golf Club, just steps from the restaurant.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig, Wild Blue’s culinary team has crafted an exquisite four-course menu showcasing the finest local and seasonal ingredients sourced from British Columbia’s abundant land and sea. Complementing each course, an impeccable selection of wines from Wild Blue’s esteemed winery partners ensures a perfect pairing to enhance the dining experience.

Leading the evening’s festivities is Restaurant Director and Partner Neil Henderson, whose expertise in hosting memorable long table dinners throughout Whistler, Pemberton, and Vancouver ensures an unforgettable evening for all guests. Surrounded by Whistler’s iconic landscapes, diners will enjoy a unique communal dining experience celebrating outstanding cuisine, exceptional wine, and the camaraderie of shared moments.

Committed to sustainability and supporting the local community, Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar will once again donate a portion of the Long Table Dinner Series proceeds to the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation.

Each Wild Blue Long Table Dinner includes a welcome cocktail reception, a four-course family-style dining experience, and expertly paired wines. Tickets are priced at $259 plus tax and gratuity per person. Guests are recommended to purchase tickets soon as these events always sell out.
