The Goods from Bar Oso
Whistler, BC | We are excited to announce our first Bar Oso Fall Dinner Menu Series, “Taste of Spain,” created by Executive Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos and Culinary Director James Walt.
“To me, Taste of Spain is a celebration of everything Spain has to offer, not just the food but also the love and care that goes into it. In Spain, mealtimes are an important time for loved ones to spend together,” says Executive Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos.
Starting Sunday, September 22, Executive Chef Jorge will introduce different aspects of his culture with a new three-course menu available Sunday through Thursday. The menu features Paella Valenciana, Tortilla Patatas, Pintxos, and more.
We are now accepting limited reservations daily. Reservations are not required as we welcome our guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
