Medicinal Properties Of Kin Kao’s Sour Cured Pork Ribs

IMG_3037

You know how you’re supposed to put a towel over your head and breath in the steam of some herbaceous elixir when your sinuses are stuffed? We could easily imagine doing the same with Kin Kao’s deep fried sour cured pork ribs when our sinuses are just fine. They smell that good. We’re not sure what ailment this act might assuage (hangriness?) – and we would never advocate covering your head with restaurant linens – but don’t be alarmed if you see someone doing as much with this delicious dish on The Drive. The aromatic little guys – marinated with cooked rice, kosher salt and garlic – are best paired with a tapped glass of Strange Fellows‘ Talisman Pale Ale.
