Chef Juno Kim’s Cheeseburger Masterpiece At 33 Acres

FullSizeRender

Holy good goddam, just look at that thing! Chef Juno Kim once again popped up at 33 Acres this past Monday with a fucking masterpiece of a cheeseburger. This $14 thing of beauty is a 6oz, house ground mix of Blue Goose beef (ribeye, oxtail, brisket, sirloin) topped with bacon, guacamole, swiss cheese, lettuce and pickles in a challah bun spread with an Asian version of Alabama white sauce. So much juice, so much flavour! He’ll be doing again this Monday at the brewery, starting at 5pm. See you there.
