The GOODS from The Biltmore Cabaret

Vancouver, BC | It’s (not) hard to believe Paul Anthony’s Talent Time is still going strong after all this time. Constantly re-inventing the show each month for six years is no easy task, and the show’s continued success is a testament to the incredible group of thrill-seekers who gather each month for the spectacular, the wacky, the talented and, most of all, to have fun. For the special 6 year Anniversary show we will welcome back some of your favourite past guests as well as feature some brand new ones. As always, take a chance at winning some cash with the Cover Charge Pinata, enjoy the fresh, local offerings of Nuba catering, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show! See you Wednesday February 5th. Doors at 8pm, with the show starting at 9pm sharp! Cover is $10. Learn more after the jump…

SAXOPHONE PLAYER FROM YESTERYEAR: ROLAND CALLENDER!!
Roland was around in Vancouver when this was a very different place and has played with the likes of Nat King Cole. He will play a few songs with the house band and share some old Vancouver showbiz stories. He’s one cool cat!

RETURN OF COMEDIAN: IVAN DECKER!!
I have been watching you closely and can tell that he’s one of your absolute faves. Ours too. So we are bringing him back for this milestone celebration. Recently named “Funniest comedian in Canada under 30”, Ivan dissects the humour hiding in the everyday trials of today’s young adult.

RETURN OF 9 YEAR OLD OPERA SINGER: CAPRI EVERITT!!
Capri was on the Fake Boat Cruise episode but was suffering from a bad cold. She still sang great but we wanted to invite her back to hit you all with her 100%. Adorable and shockingly talented. The sweet sound that emanates from this sweet flower has the power to melt even the blackest heart.

MORE ACTS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON. EXPECT SOME MORE FUN STUFF!

**Please help us find these people from this I SAW YOU so we can send them on a friendly date or just follow up on their story.

About The Biltmore

blights1

For over 50 years, the Biltmore has been a fixture in the community as both a public house for Vancouverites and a platform for groundbreaking musical performances.

With the revitalization of historic Mount Pleasant, the bar was reopened in 2007 as The Biltmore Cabaret, with a fresh focus to recapture its musical tradition. Drawing from the rich local scene in Vancouver as well as the best in Canadian and international touring acts, The Biltmore Cabaret showcases talent from across a wide spectrum of music and the arts.

We have a fantastic sound and lighting system at The Biltmore, check out our full tech specs here.
