A Look Inside The New West Broadway Location Of Pallet Coffee Roasters

by Andrew Morrison | West Side caffeine lovers rejoice! The new Pallet Coffee Roasters is quickly taking shape at 2002 West Broadway (southwest corner of Maple Street). The team took possession of the 1,400 sqft location (formerly the Grind Stone Cafe) on April 1st and have been hard at work transforming it ever since. It’s an ideal spot – a multiple zone, double height corner address with a pretty constant parade of business/residential foot traffic out front. Their plan is to have the 45 seater – complete with 20 seat patio and prep kitchen mezzanine – open to the public by June 16th. This is how it appeared yesterday afternoon…
