Whistler’s ‘Sidecut’ Gears Up for its Final Outdoor BBQ Feasts of the Season

On every Thursday night of the summer, Whistler’s Sidecut in the Four Seasons has laid out an ultimate BeerBQ spread for locals and visitors alike. Featuring a constantly replenished selection of proteins like pork ribs, beef ribs, salmon and smoked sausage; several salads and sides (mmm, cornbread) and decadent desserts, the evenings have been further enhanced by local musicians and craft beer stations. The images we’ve gathered below tell much of the tasty tale, but get this: there is just one more BeerBQ before the season ends. Be there either tonight or on August 31st! Tickets are just $34 for adults, $17 for kids (5-12) and $10 for kids under 5.
