Transport Yourself to the Streets of Georgia at the ‘Georgian Night Dinner’, July 28th

Curious to taste authentic Georgian food, but unsure how to do it within Vancouver city limits? You’re in luck! Because on July 28th you can familiarize yourself with one of the more elusive, underrepresented regional cuisines in the city (and forget about the 20+ hours of cross-continental travel time), by making the quick jaunt Gastown’s Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant & Bar for a real-deal Georgian style feast. From the food and wine, to the singing and toasting, this is shaping up to be a pretty special night!

Guests to the ‘Georgian Night Dinner’ will be treated to a celebration of Georgian gastronomy, served up in seven courses, along with a live soundtrack of traditional Georgian polyphonic singing courtesy of the night’s enlisted vocal quartet. Plus, Georgian wine enthusiast and importer, Anna Siradze (Owner/Operator of Siradze Selections Ltd.), has put together a nice little selection of eight bottles of Georgian natural wines to accompany it all, further amplifying the transportive experience…

Check out the night’s food menu below:

Appetizers:
