2024 Michelin Recognized Restaurants in Vancouver, Mapped
All 2023 one-star designated restaurants retained their stars in 2024. None earned an additional star, and one restaurant was added to the one-star fold. Michelin also added one restaurant to their Bib Gourmand list and two were added to the Recommended Restaurants list....

The event saw a special collaboration between The Acorn and Wilsons from Bristol, UK. Although I wasn’t among the lucky ones to score a spot at either of the sold out seatings, I was invited to slip by pre-service for a glimpse of what was to come.

I realize these guys are artists, but I was pretty pissed when I found out that this location was another furniture store. That seems to be the only thing opening up in Gastown these days (I’m sure the giant space just leased at the corner of Carral and Water is going to go back to being one as well!)
