One of the Most Delicious Food Events of the Year Is on the Horizon — Got Tickets?

On October 6th one of our favourite annual food events and fundraisers is back for its 10th year. From Farms to Forks: A Growing Chefs! Kitchen Party is once again taking over the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts‘ kitchen classrooms for a live-action tasting event. Seventeen of BC’s top chefs will be working their magic before your eyes, cooking up dishes using the region’s best ingredients with wine pairings from Mission Hill Family Estates. Cocktails, beer and tea will also be flowing!

If you’ve never been before, it’s a great big kitchen party that sees guests hop from one cooking station to the next, tasting locally grown food, sipping fine wines and mingling with chefs. This event is a fundraiser for Growing Chefs – a fantastic organization that educates young minds about food cultivation and healthy eating. In their own words: “Too many kids don’t know where food comes from or have access to healthy, whole food. We’re on a mission to change that.” This event sells out every year. Don’t miss out. Grab your tickets here and we’ll see you there!
