This year’s Canada-wide Gold Medal Plates (GMP) cooking competitions are currently inching their way towards BC. So far Halifax, Edmonton, Regina, and Winnipeg have already registered their winning chefs, and it will be our turn on November 19th at Victoria’s Conference Centre.

In 2014, the winner was Kristian Eligh of Hawksworth (pictured above). Who among the competitors do you think is the favourite to win this year?
