Main Street’s Hot Art Wet City Gallery is holding a Hot Talk next week. What’s that, you ask? It’s when a cool as heck Vancouverite (in this case, two of them) takes the floor at the gallery to talk about what they’re passionate about. Ben and Erica from Earnest Ice Cream will be talking about adventures in the ice cream trade and the fun they’ve had in growing their business from scooping from a trike to a storefront with nine employees in just over a year. They’ll also be talking about how small business has been a platform for change for them both.
