Dig Into Red Wagon’s New Summer Dinner Menu Starting July 30th

When was the last time you paid a visit to Red Wagon? If it’s been a while – or, at least, since before July 11th, 2024 – then there are more than a few reasons to hit the East Van restaurant before the summer wraps up.

The combined creativity and technical capabilities of owner/chef Brad Miller really can’t be overstated – but, we would argue, are sometimes overlooked. However, with his new seasonal summertime comfort food menu, Chef Miller is simply aiming to please, and ‘give people what they want’ (diner classics like burgers and shakes, apparently). That being said, we predict that, intentionally or not, he will also be blowing their expectations out of the water with the results from his more-than-capable hands.

Scout stopped in to take a look at the line-up… Here’s a snapshot of some especially mouth-watering new menu items to further entice you to take the trip to their 2128 East Hastings Street location for a perfect low-key summer evening meal:
