Chefs From Mexico City, Vail, Jackson Hole, Hawaii Coming to Whistler’s SIDECUT

’Tis the season to feast, right? Thank goodness, because this November SIDECUT at the Four Seasons in Whistler has a calendar loaded with cool events. In conjunction with the Cornucopia food and wine festival, executive chef Eren Guryel and his kitchen staff are collaborating with fellow Four Seasons chefs from Mexico City, Hawaii, Vail and Jackson Hole for nine days of delicious excuses to make the trip up to Whistler (November 10-18).

Events run the whole gamut from upscale and intimate multi-course menus to more casual communal dining experiences and party-like atmospheres. If you feel like splurging, there’s a dinner featuring Orofino wine paired with fine steakhouse fare that highlights the best of the visiting Four Seasons chefs. Alternatively, you can check out the Japanese Long Table Dinner prepared by Nobu’s Lanai chef, Marlowe Lawenko, or experience a throwback to summer by going the classic route with beer, BBQ and all the fixins’ at their Legendary BeerBQ. Then you can imagine you’re on a Mexican vacation at one of the six days of “Mezcal y Maize” happy hour parties.
