    About Bistro Wagon Rouge

    BWR_ClaudetteCarracedo-004

Bistro Wagon Rouge (sister restaurant to the famous Red Wagon diner) is a ‘plaid’ collar French bistro located in the heart of East Vancouver’s port district. With thoughtfully compiled playlists, an ever-changing “classics” menu and plenty of features to select from, the vibe at Wagon Rouge is always fresh. The menu evolves seasonally with fresh fish, veggie and meat options, and you can always expect greatest hits like pâté, tartines, French onion soup and steak frites. Bistro Wagon Rouge does not accept reservations—it’s first-come, first-served. If there happens to be a line, grab a beer or a cocktail at one of the neighbouring craft beer and spirits tasting rooms while you wait. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
