ABOUT YOLKS

From the little Food Cart-that- could at Stadium Skytrain Station, to our Hastings Street bricks and mortar restaurant, to our new Food Truck at Burrard and West Pender Yolks has come a long way in three short years. The reasons for our success lie in the way we approach our business; we source the finest ingredients for our creative menu, prepare our food using state of the art cooking techniques and perfectly poach our locally sourced, free-range eggs, to deliver a truly unique and delicious taste experience to our customers. Perfectly poached free-range eggs, Benedict style, Chicken and Waffles, decadent French Toast and the ever popular lemon-truffle hashbrown potatoes as well as all other menu items are executed with consistency, flair and pride.

We also strive to create a work environment for management and employees that encourages excellence in the preparation and delivery of our food and to promote creative input from all members of our team.
