A Local Designer Made These Lights and We Want Some

We’re a pretty satisfied bunch, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t covetous. Sometimes we see things out there that we just must have. Cool Things We Want is our ongoing archive of those earthly desires. Share the yearning…

We want a couple of these Mila7 lights by local designer, Matthew McCormick. It’s easy to imagine them hanging above our at-home workspace. Hunkering down and getting shit done on a dreary Vancouver day would likely feel a lot more luxurious over a desk lit by luminescent, hand-blown “pearls” delicately nestled in elegant copper oval pendants, don’t you think?

The Mila7 is also available in black, white and brushed brass finishes with customizable drop-lengths (upon request), and can be purchased locally from McCormick’s Gastown studio.
