Smoke Break #759: “A New Leaf” Lobbies For Weed Legalisation

I love how getting high is no longer part of the argument for legalising marijuana. Those clever, broke-ass, pot-headed Californians! Enlisting the economists is just so clever. Even the suits are bullish now. Their Prop 19 might just pass on November 2nd, making marijuana legal, controlled and taxed. Rather radical stuff. It’ll only be a matter of time before a similar relaxation of stupidity takes place here in BC. Imagine life with shorter health care queues, an abolished HST, our courts less clogged and our streets much safer with the engine of gang ridiculousness suddenly made obsolete. Plus you can buy and get high sans all the grief.
