This 1967 clip of CBC Weatherman Percy Saltzman doing his job for Canadians resurfaced several years ago. This was obviously long before TV meteorologists presented weather reports using green screens and computer graphic representations of radar. Chalk was his tool, and he was evidently a master with it.
