We Want a Waterproof Camp Poncho Blanket

After watching this short promo video we came to the quick conclusion that we want each one of Kammok’s three new camp blankets. The Austin TX company launched the blankets’ Kickstarter last week with a $30,000 goal. They exceeded $75,000 in 24 hours and 612 backers have now funded them to the tune of $103,000. Of waterproof ripstop nylon construction, the thicker Mountain and Field types have fleece interiors and can be worn as ponchos, while the thinner Mesa has stake down corners and can serve as a groundsheet or body wrap. Bonus: any two blankets can snap together. Shipping begins in January.
